I’m Zach Miloni. I’ve worked in construction since 2008, and I started Miloni Construction to bring a personal, practical approach to private commercial projects.
For your project, I’m directly involved in understanding the space, developing the scope, estimating the work and coordinating the details. You’ll have a clear person to call and straightforward conversations about the decisions ahead.
My experience comes before this company. The relationships I build—and how I follow through—are what I want Miloni Construction to be known for.
